Participate in physical exercises which are designed to improve strength, endurance, using weights and or bodyweight. Exercises will target different muscles of the body which include: llegs, core, back and more!
This class starts with a warmup testing your endurance while engaging and strengthening your muscles. Then we’ll jump into a dance workout, full of winin and movement phrases for you to follow, while enjoying the sounds and vibes of Soca music. You will be pushed past your limits while being encouraged to keep up with the pace and energy of the class. Fit Fete will leave you dripping sweat!
An engaging and magnetic class, that will uplift your spirit through dance movement and sweat. Cardio is life! So for 30 minutes we will combine high energy and easy to follow combo of dance and HIIT fitness style to top music hits and global inspirations.
